So far i have put into practice T'ai Chi for health.I am studying the Yang long form. I have found as a beginner that it is challenge at this point to make it through the warm up routine that i have (this process takes me about 35 or 36 minutes. Regardless i have already seen great benefits in my balance both physically and emotionally. I have allso begun the practice Qigong. As a beginner i have tryed to research what would be the best starting point and have decided to practice what is called the 5 element Qigong. The benefit i have already realized is relaxation much improved mental concentration and a path to the way of deeper meditation. These exercises are something i very much look forward to as i know that they will last for a life time. Peace and happiness be with you all.
