In this four-day workshop Dr. Bingkun Hu will teach Wild Goose 2 Qigong for the first time
in the UK. It is not necessary to have completed Wild Goose 1. Beginners are welcome.
This form has many health benefits such as clearing dirty qi and negative emotions, increasing
mental clarity and boosting the immune system. Techniques will include movement-induced
microcosmic orbit, reverse abdominal breathing and centre-periphery movement.
