Biography: |
26+ years experience in the Chinese healing movements arts: countless forms of Qigong, Yang Style T'ai Chi Long Form, Wudang T'ai Chi, Yang Style Saber, Guan Yin Gong (spiritual Qigong). Certified as Qigong Therapist & Qi Healer by Dr. T.K. Shih of the Chinese Healing Arts Center. From the beginning, practicing T'ai Chi healed many chronic health problems, and additional practice of Qigong and meditation have helped me feel lighter, happier and more peaceful as the years progress. Now in my 50's, I can say the practices give all the benefits they are said to give, and continually lead to a deeper sense of wonder and fullness of life. So yes, they help you get younger as you get older. It is especially joyful now to have something so completely worthwhile to teach to other people, and help others find genuine healing, relief from mental and emotional distress, and a doorway into true spirituality. Because the practices have led me to an experience of the feminine, nurturing quality at the heart of all life, my special research is into this feminine divine, called Divine Mother, Guan Yin (Kwan Yin) and various names through all cultures.
