Organization
| | I teach Qigong every Monday and Thursday in the local gymnastics association. Classes are one hour each, and people enroll for half a year at a time. Class size varies from 8 to 20 people, and most of the students are women in their 40s, 50s and 60s. I emphasize making Qigong accessible to everyone while also staying true to the perspectives of Qigong theory and TCM. Excercises taught are from different systems. |

Biography: |
I have a background in Yamaue Aiki Jutsu, a Japanese martial art that also incorporates Qigong excercises and which, in the more advanced stages of practice, utilizes ki/qi for self defence. In the world of Qigong, I have been exposed to several systems, for years just picking up excercises here and there. Then I learned the Falun Gong form and practiced that for a while, before I encountered Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong. I am also a certified teacher of Wuji Qigong, a wonderful form that is being marketed in the West as "Primordial Qigong," "Tai Chi for Enlightenment" and "Enlightenment Qigong."
